CareOrganise is a business tool for agencies providing 24 hours care in Austria. With VERIABLE it was possible to seamlessly map the CareOrganise training processes. This leads to considerable time savings for the company and significant added value for the course participants. The CareOrganise training academy is highlighted and more services are offered to customers.
Implementation Steps
With an individual branding, the platform was integrated directly into the CareOrganise homepage concept - in this case by using its own subdomain: academy.careorganise.com.
The landing page was configured to the CareOrganise design and a PDF template for the confirmation of participation was added in the CareOrganise corporate design.
The single CareOrganise courses were created once and provided with prices. Tasks for the participants were integrated into the courses using the authoring tool.
Marketing campaigns are easily possible using the Share course button and sharing the courses on social media platforms.
With the individual configuration of the payment method, CareOrganise offers payment on account for the courses. After paying the invoice, the course in which the participant has already enrolled will automatically be activated for the respective participant.
Process Automation
With the help of VERIABLE, the following processes were automated:
- Enrollment of new participants
- Providing all technical and organizational information about the training process
- Provision of training materials (slides, accompanying documents) as well as access to the training software
- Offer of accompanying exercises
- Issuing confirmations of participation
- Sending email confirmations
These processes were previously carried out manually in various applications. With the process automation, the training offering was upgraded.
With VERIABLE it is possible to operate your own course platform and to carry out all processes automatically. After registering, participants can order the course, pay and are immediately enrolled in the course.
The participant also receives immediately the confirmation of participation or the certificate after successful completion of a certification.
